You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Leduc-Beaumont UCP Constituency Association, which will be held as follows:

📍 Location: Radisson Hotel, 7120 Sparrow Drive, Leduc, AB
At this meeting, we will elect the Board of Directors for the Constituency Association, including the positions of President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors.

Voting Eligibility
To vote, you must be an active UCP member in the Leduc-Beaumont constituency for at least 21 days before the AGM. The deadline to purchase or renew your membership to be eligible to vote is April 14, 2025.
Based on governance rules approved by our membership, neither immediate family members of a sitting MLA or selected candidate, nor individuals registered as an active lobbyist with the Alberta Ethics Commissioner, are eligible to be directors on a constituency association board of directors.
